I wanted to show my favorite weekend wear trends that can go from day to night. Oxblood colored clothing and leather details are the easiest way to give your wardrobe a late 2012 update.

I love these waxed denim jeans, they give a textured or leather look without the leather price (or sweaty discomfort). I would love to pair them with a chunky knit pullover or this Asos top with leather look sleeves. Riding boots for getting around the pumpkin patch – or the mall for early holiday shopping, and a classic Celine tote.
When heading out for date night or girls night, I swapped the top for a sleeveless top with leather peplum detail, classic black Jimmy Choo pumps, a chunky necklace (that benefits Breast Cancer Awareness!), and a bright cocktail ring to add some unexpected and effortless styling.
